Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original designer packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, to ensure it remains secure during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
